We believe in quality over quantity. We believe in all-or-something, not all-or-nothing. We believe that every pet, pet parent, and family is a unique group with individual goals, abilities, schedules, needs, and resources. We do not believe that a standardized approach is the best way to provide veterinary care.

We will always present you with the gold standard level of care for your pet, but we understand that the gold standard level of care is not possible for every client. We will work with you to ensure that we develop a preventative care and/or treatment plan that works for YOU and YOUR pet.

Our consultation, exam fees, and appointment times are structured to provide our team with the time and resources to get to know you and your pet as best we can.

We understand that life is busy, so we strive to make veterinary care as convenient as possible for you. To help accommodate most schedules, we are open for surgeries, emergency care, and general medicine services during the week and on weekends.

We offer in-clinic services. We provide telemedicine consultations at a reduced fee that can be performed from the comfort of your own home.

We are well-equipped to provide electronic communications and updates for you.

We have an online store where all of your pet products can be identified, purchased, and delivered right to your door. We can arrange the shipping schedule based on your pet’s requirements to ensure that you never run out of their food and medication. You have enough to worry about so let us take care of that for you!

At Sana Adelaide, we recognize and respect the negative impact that overuse of antibiotics is having on human and animal health. We feel that we have an ethical and scientific obligation to be prudent in our use of antibiotic medications and will only use antibiotics in patients where it is truly indicated to treat an infection. We do not use antibiotics “just in case” or “because it worked last time.” Antibiotic resistance is a global issue that we believe can be helped with one patient at a time.
